Continuous fiber-reinforced plastic profiles
In the patented PAZ process, the extremely light but high-strength Stükertec®-profiles are manufactured endlessly from fiber-reinforced plastics. The profiles consist of a thermoplastic matrix reinforced with continuous filaments and specific fiber orientation.
Stükertec®-profiles can be manufactured in the patented PAZ process from various glass or carbon fiber-reinforced thermoplastics. Carbon fibers permit the production of tubes and profiles, the lightweight index of which is clearly superior to extruded aluminum bars.
