Tool making
In- house toolmaking for extrusion, injection moulding and thermoforming tools.
The latest CAD, CAM, CNC milling, and erosion technology will be applied to generate tools, devices and special-purpose machines in our in-house tool shop with a view to manufacturing your product. You obtain all services from a single source with an on-site central contact at every stage of your project. Our employees working in the tool shop, construction and production closely collaborate during the realization of your product. Because there are no long distances to bridge and due to fast decision-making, processing is particularly flexible, transparent and economical for you.
Packing
A combination of manual work and modern CNC milling, drilling, grinding and polishing results in a finishing components or assembly, ready for montage.
After production, the packaging follows finished components and complete assemblies are generated by perfectly coordinating handicrafts with modern CNC, milling, drilling, grinding, and polishing machines.
Surface treatment
Different surface finishes possible; varnish, decorative film, leather, etc.
