Manufacturing processes
Diversity in all areas
We dominate a multiplicity of different manufacturing processes. In this way, we are able to precisely meet your specific requirments for a product- in particular with regard to cost- effectiveness. As a system supplier we offer all benefits from one hand. A decisive advantage for the smooth implementation of your projects.
Injection moulding

Injection moulding – the material is injected into a form which offers a wide range of possibilities.
The injection moulding process is one of the most common manufacturing processes and makes it possible to produce plastic molded parts in small and large quantities in a cost- effective manner. An infinite number of shapes and surface structures can be realized. The process can be used economically, especially with large production volumes. We ensure maximum repetition and accuracy, in addition to perfect dimensional accuracy and color fidelity of your molding parts.
- Compact and structural foam injection-moulding process
- Gas internal pressure process (GID)
- Insert and outsert technology
- Exjection injection moulding
- Shot weight from 0.1 g to 6,000 g
- Processing of standard and high-tech plastics
- Reinforced or non-reinforced plastics available
- Silicone injection moulding
- Dual component silicone injection moulding
We process materials like:
Extrusion

Extrusion is an ongoing production process for the production of profiles.
During extrusion and coextrusion procedures, thermoplastic profiles are generated for use in various fields of application. Depending on the specifications, these procedures particularly assure optimal properties. The own PVC material compounding enables us very flexibly to your requirements. The extrusion method also permits the production of profiles from mineral-reinforced or fiber-reinforced materials.
- Profile weights from 10.0 g – 6,000 g/m
- Manufacture of profiles up to 700 mm width
- Coextrusion and multi-layered coextrusion in combination with hard and/or soft plastics
- Saving time and costs by inline packing (e.g., drilling, punching, printing)
- Production of silicon profiles
We process materials like:
Thermoforming

Thermoforming is a procedure used to reshape thermoplastics.
- Manufacture of technical thermo-moulded components made of standard and high-tech plastic
- Processing with high-performance 5 axes CNC milling machines
- Complete component assembly
- Production of voluminous molded parts up to
2400 x 1200 x 900 mm
Thermoforming has the following advantages:
- Fast tool making
- Production of small and large batches
- Prototyping
- Low tool costs
We process materials like:
3D printing

In a remarkably short time we prototype your products via FDM procedure with our in-house rapid prototyping machines.
We are using in the 3D printing area the FDM process (Fused Deposition Modeling).
FDM is a manufactruing process in which a workpiece is built up layer by layer from meltable plastiv.
- Max. component size in one print of
PEI 9085 and ABS: 900 x 600 x 900 mm - Max. component size in one print
made of various materials: 400 x 350 x 400 mm
From now on you can also obtain from us the plastic filaments required for 3D printing.
STIn

STIn for small series & prototypes in injection moulding.
STIn is a manufacturing process for the production of small series and prototype components from thermoplastics by injection moulding. The components are produced in special tool systems, which can be made of different materials (depending on quantity and plastic material). The delivery time of components, from release of design data, is 3 to max. 4 weeks.
STEx

STEx for small series & prototypes in extrusion.
STEx is a manufacturing process for the production of small series and prototype components from thermoplastics in the extrusion sector. The extrudates are produced in special tooling systems, which can be made of different materials (depending on the quantity and plastic material). The delivery time of the extrudates, from release of the design date, is 3 to max. 4 weeks.
