Dedication – right from the beginning
We offer a broad spectrum of services, ranging from initial ideas to the development, manufacturing and prototyping. From the tooling process to serial production, and finally, right up to the generation of various downstream operations and logistics concepts. As all our services are perfectly coordinated, we ensure top quality and maximum economic efficiency. We work with great commitment, inventive spirit and the readiness to break new ground. Product development
Based on your requirements, ideas, drawings or data, our product designers will develop your new product. Already at this stage we will carefully evaluate the suitability of materials and components. All designs will be generated using the latest 3D construction software to ensure that our solutions will provide reliable service and are precisely tailored to your needs.
Tool making
The latest CAD, CAM, CNC milling, and erosion technology will be applied to create tools, devices and special-purpose machines in our in-house tool shop with a view to manufacturing your product. You obtain all services from a single source with an on-site central contact at every stage of your project. Our employees working in the tool shop, construction and production closely collaborate during the realization of your product. Because there are no long distances to bridge and due to fast decision-making, processing is particularly flexible, transparent and economical for you.
Materials processing
The exact material composition is decisive for the durability and success of your products. Therefore our employees will already make sure during material selection that your product will have precisely the required characteristics, meeting the desired quality standards at the same time. Furthermore, we do process policy for example with glass fibers, glass beads, minerals or carbon fiber-reinforced material.
PVC will be individually compounded in our in-house compounding plant. We process materials like:

Packing and component assembly
After manufacture, packing takes place in our processing center. Finished components and complete assemblies are generated by perfectly coordinating handicrafts with modern CNC, milling, drilling, grinding, and polishing machines. The surfaces of the components and assemblies can be refined later by us with a variety of methods.
Surface finishing
To support the success of your products, we offer you a multitude of options for surface treatment. These include for example:
- water transfer printing
- pad printing and structured finish
- high-gloss finish
- foil coating
- galvanization
- as well as many other treatments
